PRIVACY STATEMENT
Amentum Service, Inc. and its family of companies (“Amentum,” “we,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your information. This privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the collection of your data received through our websites (collectively, the “Sites”) that links or refers to it. Please read this Policy carefully, as it explains what personal data we process, how we use that personal data, who we share it with, and your rights. Any personal data received by Amentum through this site is treated according to Amentum’s Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
We collect information that you provide us directly, including when you contact us using a “Contact Us” form on the site, send us an e-mail, apply for a job, or enter a search query on the Sites. We may collect the information listed below that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you (“personal data”).
Information We Collect Automatically
Our servers automatically log information about your use of and visits to the Sites, including through the use of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to help personalize content and ads, and to analyze website traffic. For example, we may collect your IP address, the type of web browser and operating system used to access the Sites, the time and duration of your visits, and information about the content and webpages you view and the features you access on the Sites.
Information from Third Parties
We may receive additional information about you from other publicly and commercially available sources, as permitted law. We may combine all of the information we collect or receive about you and use or disclose it in the manner described in this Privacy Statement.

Legal Basis for Processing
Amentum’s processing of your personal data is done under one of the following legal bases where required by applicable law:
- Consent: an individual must give clear consent for us to process their personal data and then only for a specific purpose.
- Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract that Amentum has with an individual, or because we have asked the individual to take specific steps before entering into a contract.
- Legal Obligation: the processing is necessary for Amentum to comply with the law.
- Vital Interests: processing is necessary to protect someone’s life.
- Public Task: the processing is necessary for Amentum to perform a task in the public interest or for our official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.
- Legitimate Interests: the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Amentum or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data where the data subject is a child.
Use and Retention of Your Personal Data
We collect and use personal data to manage your relationship with Amentum and better serve you when you are using the Sites by personalizing and improving your experience. We may use or disclose the personal data we collect for one or more of the following purposes:
- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information, including to respond to inquiries on our Sites;
- Provide you with information or services that you request from us;
- Transmit business insights and email marketing communications based on your preferences, including event registrations;
- To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Sites;
- To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Sites;
- For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Sites;
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations;

Amentum uses, stores, retains, and otherwise processes personal data only for reasonable business purposes and for only as required for that business purpose or as authorized.
Sharing Your Information
To the extent consistent with applicable law, we may share your information in the following circumstances:
- with our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- with affiliated and third-party service providers, such as companies that provide us technical support, data hosting, and other services;
- with other parties when required by law or as necessary to provide or protect our services, products, and other offerings. For example, we may need to disclose information with other parties to comply with the law or respond to legal process or a request for cooperation by a government entity or law enforcement; to prevent fraud or verify and enforce compliance with the policies and terms governing our Services; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, or any of our respective affiliates, business partners, customers or employees;
- in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of a business or assets to a third party, such as in connection with a merger or in the event of a bankruptcy reorganization or liquidation; and
- when you or your company or organization consent to or request such sharing.
The information you provide may be transferred outside your country to another country that does not have similar data protection legislation and may provide a lower level of protection for your information. By using any of the Sites or providing us with your information you consent such transfers.
Amentum will not sell, trade or rent your personal data to others, nor will it disclose data to third parties for direct marketing purposes or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Links to Other Websites and Third Parties
The Sites may contain links or references to third-party owned or operated websites or online services. Amentum is not responsible for the collection of personal data or the security or privacy of such information on any such third-party sites or services.
Likewise, Amentum is not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any personal data you disclose to such other organizations through or in connection with our social media pages, any mobile sites, applications, widgets, and other mobile interactive features.
Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies
The Sites—as well as certain third parties that provide content and other functionality on the Site —use a variety of technologies to learn more about how people use the Sites and the Internet. This section provides more information about some of those technologies and how they work.
- Cookies. Cookies are small text files used to store information about users on the users’ own computer. Cookies may be used to recognize you as the same user across different visits to the website. Knowing how a user is using the Sites through cookies enables us to tailor our content and Sites to more effectively meet visitors’ needs. It also enables us to improve the quality of your visit by making sure that the Sites are properly formatted for your computer and web browser. - Wistia: Information collected by Wistia in connection with videos played on this website is covered by Wistia’s Privacy Policy, available at https://wistia.com/privacy.
- Other local storage. Local Shared Objects (also referred to as “Flash cookies”) and HTML5 local storage are similar to cookies in that they are stored on your computer and can be used to store certain information about your activities and preferences. These objects are stored in different parts of your computer from ordinary browser cookies, however. Many Internet browsers allow you to disable HTML5 local storage or delete information contained in HTML5 local storage using browser controls.
- Web beacons. Web beacons can be embedded in web pages, videos, or emails, and can allow a web server to read certain types of information from your browser, check whether you have viewed a particular web page or email message, and determine, among other things, the time and date on which you viewed the Web beacon, the IP address of your computer, and the URL of the web page from which the Web beacon was viewed.
Protection of Information
Amentum uses industry standard security measures to protect the information under our control, including firewalls and other security measures. Although the inherent dangers of the Internet mean we cannot guarantee the protection of your information against loss, misuse, or alteration, Amentum takes steps to protect your personal data. Amentum assumes no liability for the disclosure of data due to errors in transmission or actions of unauthorized third parties. Amentum cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our Sites.
Your Rights and Choices
Applicable law may provide you with specific rights regarding your personal data. This section describes those potentially applicable rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Right to Know and Data Portability
You may have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal data over the past twelve (12) months (the “right to know”). Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:
- The categories of personal data we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal data we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal data.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal data.
- If we sold or disclosed your personal data for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
- sales, identifying the personal data categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal data categories that each category of recipient obtained.
- The specific pieces of personal data we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
Right to Delete
You may have the right to request that we delete any of your personal data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (the “right to delete”). Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal data, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Comply with applicable law.
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Pursuant to applicable law, we will delete, or we may deidentify, personal data not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your applicable rights to know or delete described above, please email the Amentum Privacy Office. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data. You may only submit a request to know twice within a twelve (12)-month period. Your request to know or delete must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal data.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal data relates to you. We will only use personal data provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
Under applicable law, you may also have a right to take legal action in relation to any breach of your rights regarding the processing of the personal data, as well as to lodge complaints before the competent data protection regulators.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable legal rights.
Children’s Information
The Sites are intended to be used by adults and corporate entities interested in Amentum. They are not intended for children, and Amentum does not knowingly collect or store personal data about children under the age of 13.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Due to changes in technology, legal requirements, and our Sites, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting changes here, or by other appropriate means. We suggest that you bookmark this page so that you may check periodically to see if any changes have been made.
Do Not Track Signal
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. We do not currently take action in response to those signals. If an industry standard on responding to such signals is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to those signals.
Consent to Use and Transfer Personal Data
Please note that if you submit personal data through the Amentum website, you will send it to Amentum in the United States. We will collect, process and transfer your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy but possibly not in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
