Amentum’s Steve Tatum Moderates USARPAC Industry Day Panel
Today Amentum’s Steve Tatum moderated a panel discussion, “Cyber Support to Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and the Joint Force,” during U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) G6 Industry Day at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
The panel discussion highlighted the U.S. Army’s commitment to the MDO concept and its $700 million budget plan for 2021-2025. This investment, which includes cyber, cloud and information warfare, will help to move the Army from Industrial Age processes to the Information Age, leveraging data as a strategic asset and utilizing private-sector technology.

MDO is how the Army supports the joint force through rapid and continuous integration across all domains of warfare—land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace—to deter and ultimately win the fight should deterrence fail. Its benefits include the ability to rapidly build joint formations that are strategically positioned to fight and win across all domains.
