How did you come to join Amentum?

I’m always looking for growth opportunities and had heard great things about Amentum. I went on the careers page and found a position that aligned with my background and experience in data analytics

What is your professional and personal background?

I was born in raised in a small town in South Carolina. I’ve remained there through college and my professional career. From the time I was 15 I worked at a golf course and was an avid golfer. After graduation, I received a call from my long-time manager there and was offered a business manager position. I accepted it and grew my business knowledge through managing the budget, personnel and obtaining my MBA. The next opportunity came when I decided to take a leap and accept a position at a nuclear fuel manufacturing plant in Columbia. I continued to develop and grow my skills in data analytics and the maintenance management software where I helped lead the changing of culture and mindset to a more digitalized environment. A close friend had heard about Amentum and encouraged me to look on their website for open positions. A few months later, I accepted the Senior Data Analyst role on a contract for a confidential customer in the technology sector and have been grateful for all of the opportunities and relationships Amentum has cultivated.
