Adam Harrison serves as the Senor Vice President and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for Amentum. In this role, Adam is responsible for developing and executing Amentum’s strategic plan, identifying and pursuing M&A growth opportunities, and optimizing the company’s portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in the government services and technology sector, Adam has a proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives, transformative mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise partnerships.
Prior to joining Amentum, Adam was the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at PAE where he was responsible for all facets of the company’s corporate growth strategy and M&A activities including the sale to Amentum in 2022. Before joining PAE, he previously served as principal at Renaissance Strategic Advisors where he advised clients on corporate strategy, market research and mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Adam worked for Lockheed Martin, where his roles and responsibilities included operations, strategy, financial planning and analysis, and capture management.
Adam earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
