Karina is the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Amentum. Her responsibilities include Amentum’s ethics and compliance program, Amentum’s Code of Conduct, as well as training the workforce on ethics and compliance issues and leading investigations as needed.
Prior to joining Amentum, Karina was Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at PAE for four years. She previously served as Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel for Tata Communications in their Herndon, Virginia office from 2015-2018, and in their Singapore office from 2011-2015. In her role, Karina managed the company’s anti-corruption, data protection, sanctions, antitrust, and other compliance programs. Prior to moving to Singapore, Karina represented human trafficking and domestic violence survivors in the Washington D.C. Metro Area in their civil protection order, child custody, divorce, child support, and immigration cases. She also represented her clients in victim witness interviews with law enforcement and conducted trainings on human trafficking and domestic violence awareness.
Karina graduated from Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and from University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and minor in Business Administration.
