Travis Johnson will continue to be Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the new Amentum once the merger between with Jacobs’ Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber and Intelligence business units is completed. In his role, he is responsible for all financial activities of the company including accounting, finance strategy, business operations, planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
Travis is a results-driven finance executive with diverse experience leading large public companies in the areas of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and capital markets, investor relations, business transformation, financial planning and operations, and accounting.
Prior to joining Amentum, Travis served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at CACI. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer at FLIR Systems and KeyW Corporation, where he led a variety of transformation efforts that culminated in the sale of both companies for industry-leading multiples and shareholder returns. Travis also worked in a variety of finance leadership roles at Leidos and began his career in public accounting at RSM, one of the world’s largest accounting firms.
Travis received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
