As joint project delivery partner under the Project Delivery Partner-Successor  framework, we assist the UK MOD’s Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) with the procurement of world-class equipment and services across the whole UK defense enterprise, working jointly with Turner & Townsend as the lead parties for the Equinox joint venture.

Our role with covers project and operational delivery across all MOD departments, spanning the UK’s global defense operations, as well as advisory services.

To help deliver this work we draw on the support of a supply chain comprising nearly 30 organizations, ensuring that the Ministry Of Defence can sustain a modern, highly adaptable defense force in the face of a complex range of potential threats.
