GSA Alliant 2 is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that has a $82.5 billion dollar ceiling that provides enterprise solutions, within the definition of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, for IT service needs.
The GSA Alliant 2 contract utilizes task orders to provide a wide range of customized Information Technology (IT) products, services, and solutions for all federal agencies. The focus is to proactively address issues deemed vital to the federal government and specifically to provide IT support helping the federal agency customer to meet their mission requirements. The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Alliant 2 is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a Best-in-Class (BIC) GWAC. The GSA Alliant 2 GWAC delivers comprehensive and flexible IT solutions to all federal agencies worldwide.
Scope
Alliant 2 provides all federal agencies with any and all components of an integrated information technology (IT) solution, including new technologies that may emerge during the lifecycle of the acquisition. Alliant 2 leverages Leading Edge Technologies (LETs) and is designed to stay current with the evolving Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), providing federal customers with the latest in technology innovations.

- Includes standardized labor categories (LCATs) with the ability to include non-standardized LCATS
- Includes aggressive small business subcontracting goals to increase participation from small and socioeconomic businesses
- Includes Alliant 2 Program Management Office (PMO) support including, Alliant 2 training, complimentary scope reviews, and an Alliant 2 dashboard for analysis
- Allows task orders to be awarded on or before 6/30/2028, with a task order performance up to 6/30/2033
