U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including engineering, financial management, and program management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Multiple-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract holders. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

The IDIQ/GWAC Center is committed to accelerating the utilization of our existing contracts by empowering Amentum’s Business Development (BD) Teams, fostering pursuit collaboration, educating and sharing knowledge with capture and proposal teams, and serving as a single point of contact with our government counterparts. The IDIQ/GWAC Center operates as an enablement center designed to assist Amentum’s BD Teams in identifying, working, and winning opportunities.

Scope

The SeaPort Next Generation Contract (SeaPort-NxG) provides engineering and program management services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON).

Services

Awardees of the Seaport-NXG IDIQ provide qualified personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, test instrumentation, data collection and analysis, hardware and software, and other services to support the DON in the execution of its overall organizational functions and the specific missions of the individual activities and ordering offices. This includes services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the DON ordering activities.
